returns & exchanges

all items are eligible to be returned for store credit or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. 

if an item is damaged during transit upon delivery, please e-mail with photos attached. once reviewed, we will begin return process. beady babies is not responsible for return shipping costs unless you received a faulty item.
